A Romantic Staycation Wishlist

Le jour de St. Valentine is upon us. Rouge is everywhere. In Travel Gourmande, a romantic getaway would be the most ideal gift. But for those planning a staycation, here are a few ideas for the home.

The hubs and I usually don't celebrate it even though this has been one of my favorite occasions. I used to enjoy giving a single red rose to each of my best friends every 14th of February, when I was in my teens till we finished university. I remember back in the office in my last employment, the women also received single red roses from the Regional Director each year. He didn't have to but I think that was nice.

    Nice post, I like that teapot and I don't have any yet, so maybe ...

    We don't celebrate Valentine's either, at least not in a comercial way giving gifts. But this year I'm going to Brussels to visit my boyfriend :)

    i love the idea of staying at home. we did the for the past few years cos we wanted to have piri with us (and also we were too lazy to get all dolled up). this year we had plans on going out, but... it looks like it may be a stay at home kinda v-day! :)
