Happy Walk Series France: Short But Sweet

I am starting a series called "Happy Walk".  I have been suffering from depression quite often lately for reasons unknown to me. Hence, I found it to be an awesome cure for blues. I was surrounded by an uplifting energy within the greens and the water. It felt like nature's embrace. This made me decide to pursue and explore the different circuits nearby.

Le Bois Saint-Jean walk is quite short. Approximately less than 2- kilometer easy trail. There's a parking lot next to the sign below. I do recommend using a baby carrier here when hiking with infants. This circuit will take you through the forest down to the sandy path along the coast.

how good things really are."

You must have already seen the above image on Instagram.  At one point, my baby daughter wanted to be with me so I had the baby carrier halfway through the circuit. After we completed our very short walking tour, most of us wanted more so one of the family volunteered to drive the car and we all walked for another 3 or 4 kilometers to my sister-in-law's house.  If you are craving for a longer trail in this area, try the one below.

  3. What a lovely coastal walk! I always enjoy being near the sea and we are fortunate to live just about twenty minutes from the coast. In fact we had a walk in the dunes there yesterday. Great quote!
