I live in Moalboal,  a small coastal town on the south west side of Cebu Island, widely known for its excellent diving and impressive sardine run.  Today, as I type this, I have just learned that all diving activities and snorkeling have been temporarily halted.  This makes me sad.  Diving is the heart and soul of this town.

We had family visiting from overseas and for an introvert like myself, I needed some time to re-fill my cup so that I may continue hosting and entertaining with ease.

We went to Oceanfront Paradise along Panagsama Beach in Moalboal, Cebu, Philippines where our Yoga Teacher, Marina led an invigorating 1-hour Sunset Yoga.  With calm background music, we went through the flow under coconut trees that swayed with the breeze. 

Dreaming of unleashing your inner Katniss?  Imagine shooting various targets even faux animals in nature. It is quiet as you aim. You take a deep breath and then as you release the arrow, you watch it hit your target, or not :)
