The weather is perfect for strolling in Dubai this time of the year. We recently visited City Walk by Meraas Holding, a new outdoor-lifestyle mall concept that is very different from the gigantic air conditioned malls scattered throughout the city.

City Walk is located at the junction of Al Safa and Al Wasl Road towards Jumeirah. It was launched late last year. It has a public square surrounded by F&B outlets, ideal for relaxation, meeting friends and date nights especially this romantic month of February.
It caters to locals, tourists, and expats. Roughly 15 minutes walk away from the Dubai Mall Metro Station. There are fashion, healthy and beauty outlets and Spinneys as the main supermarket in this retail complex. Most of the coffee shops open at 8AM and restaurants close at 12 midnight-2AM.
I wonder how it would be like during the hot months though.

ReplyDeleteIt's the perfect time of year to enjoy the outdoors and fresh air in Dubai and City Walk looks attractive. A change from shopping in the malls. We shall have to pop over there during our next visit. I love to walk in Safa Park and have a coffee in Al Wasl Square.
