Create Your Own Do's List

2015 is a year of new beginnings. Have you thought about creating your goals?   Happiness is at its peak when all of these 9 aspects of our lives are balanced. Write at least one goal that you want to accomplish for each category for 2014. It could start off as a wish list, but we'll take the next step of actually doing  it. I have noted some random examples for each. 


1. Mind  (e.g. Learn to speak a new language, Learn a new skill )
2. Body (e.g.  Attend Yoga classes)
3. Adventure (e.g. Bungee jump)
4. Finance/ Money (e.g. Start saving for a rainy day)
5. Career (e.g. Improve presentation skills)
6. Spirit (e.g. Meditate for 5 minutes daily, Pray more often)
7. Material/Stuff / Home (e.g. Save to buy that vacuum robot, decorate the kitchen)
8. Family (e.g. Spend less hours at the office and be with family.)

9. Social (e.g. Keep in touch with old high school buddies , Organise a fund raiser, Volunteer)

Do something new. Surprise yourself.
