Follow Your Bliss
“Follow your bliss. If you do follow your bliss, you put yourself on a kind of track that has been there all the while waiting for you, and the life you ought to be living is the one you are living. When you can see that, you begin to meet people who are in the field of your bliss, and they open the doors to you. I say, follow your bliss and don't be afraid, and doors will open where you didn't know they were going to be. If you follow your bliss, doors will open for you that wouldn't have opened for anyone else.” - Joseph Campbell
Since we have a lot of extra time nowadays, I want to share this inspiring film with you about the studies of Joseph Campbell on the juxtaposition of mythologies and reality. A collection of life stories narrated by known personalities on their struggles and journey towards facing their fears and following their bliss.
This was one of the most worthwhile documentaries I have seen in a long time. It triggered a much needed introspection and reflection on personal decisions that shaped my life.
Have a blissful week ahead!
Love & light,
Arni
P.S. The photo was taken spring of last year during our road trip in France. I was captivated by the rainbow in a field of canola.

What exactly is canola, I've heard about canola oil, but never knew anything about the plant itself.
ReplyDeleteRapeseed flowers I think, they extract canola oil from these plants but I am also unfamiliar as to how they do this. They are just fascinating to see in full bloom. The yellow flowers vibrantly pop out from the landscape in a very cheerful way.
